WHEN SELLING

1. Your mortgage account number and location of your Title Deeds.
   
2. Are there any persons aged over 17 occupying the premises apart from yourselves.
   
3. When do you wish to complete.
   
4. Are there any extra fittings you wish to sell.
   
5. To provide proof of identity and address - passport/driving licence and utility bill should suffice.
   
6. General questions about your property - regarding any extensions, disputes with neighbours, whether damp-proofing/woodworm treatment has been carried out etc.

WHEN PURCHASING

1. When do you wish to complete.
   
2. Have you thought about a fuller survey report.
   
3. Who is your chosen Lender.
   
4. Does the price include any extras.
